LUTON, UK – A man from Luton has been formally charged in connection with a motor vehicle theft. Colea Niculescu, 46, of Bishopcote Road, was arrested on Thursday and appeared in Kidderminster Magistrates Court today, Friday, July 4.
Niculescu faces the following charges:
Theft of a motor vehicle
Using a motor vehicle without third-party insurance
Driving while disqualified
Authorities confirmed that a second 46-year-old man was also arrested on suspicion of motor vehicle theft, but he has been released on police bail pending further investigation.
The case is part of ongoing efforts to tackle vehicle-related crimes in the region.
