The incident occurred around 12:40 a.m. on Wednesday when law enforcement officers spotted January riding his 2002 Harley Davidson motorcycle along a bicycle path at Gaddis Park. The officers made contact with him and, during the investigation, discovered he was connected to the earlier credit card theft case.
