Mobile, Ala. — Kenny Ellis Pratt, 28, and Victor Ricardo Gonzales, 49, were arrested Sunday evening after allegedly stealing vehicle parts from Pelc Tire & Service.
According to a Mobile Police Department (MPD) news release, officers responded to a commercial alarm at the tire store around 10:15 p.m. Upon arrival, officers saw the two men leaving the premises on foot. They reportedly got into a nearby vehicle and began driving away.
The officers initiated a traffic stop and found that the men were in possession of numerous vehicle parts taken from the back of the business.
Both men were arrested and taken to Metro Jail, where they were charged with third-degree theft of property and second-degree criminal mischief.
