Katie Price, the former glamour model, was arrested at the airport upon her return to the UK from a trip to Turkey with her son, Harvey. The arrest followed a warrant being issued after Price failed to attend a bankruptcy hearing in London last month.
The 46-year-old TV personality had been scheduled to give evidence regarding her finances at a specialist bankruptcy court. Price had been declared bankrupt in November 2019 and again in March 2023. She had been warned that her failure to attend the latest hearing would result in her arrest.
Price’s absence at the hearing led to a warrant for her arrest, and authorities acted swiftly when she returned to the UK.
