JONESBORO, Ark. — A 41-year-old Blytheville woman, Jennifer Nichole Phillips, has been charged with felony theft after allegedly stealing over $823 worth of merchandise from Ulta on East Highland Drive.
According to a probable-cause affidavit, the incident occurred on March 2, when Phillips and another woman entered the store and stole a Dyson hair-styling product. Security footage showed Phillips coordinating with a minor to conceal and move the item before placing it in her purse and leaving without paying.
Because Phillips had a prior theft conviction in 2019, the charge has been elevated to a Class D felony. She was arrested on March 13, released on March 14 on a $25,000 temporary bond, and is scheduled to be arraigned April 23 before Craighead County District Judge Tommy Fowler.
