CARTHAGE, NC — Crystal Tripp, 38, and Keith Marsh, 47, were arrested on Friday after a probation search led to the discovery of drugs and paraphernalia at a residence on McCrimmon Road in Carthage.
According to the Moore County Sheriff’s Department, detectives, in coordination with Moore County Probation/Parole, conducted a search of the residence. During the search, law enforcement officers uncovered methamphetamine, buprenorphine and naloxone (Suboxone), buprenorphine hydrochloride (Subutex), and various items of drug paraphernalia.
Both Tripp and Marsh were arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine, simple possession of a Schedule III controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Tripp was additionally served with a parole violation and held on a $25,000 secured bond, while Marsh’s bond was set at $20,000.
The two suspects are scheduled to appear in court next week.
