The Bharuch police have arrested a school van driver, Prakash Patel, for allegedly possessing illegal drugs worth Rs6.20 lakh. The incident took place on Thursday, when police officials identified Patel, a resident of Rehmatpura, Bharuch.
According to the police, Patel was arrested after being found with a significant quantity of drugs. The authorities quickly seized the illegal substances, which were estimated to be worth Rs6.20 lakh. Patel’s arrest has raised concerns about the potential link between the trafficking of drugs and everyday professions like school van drivers.
