Antonio L. Eubanks, 64, was arrested and charged with several felonies, including auto theft and resisting law enforcement, following a pursuit in Tippecanoe County on February 9, 2025.
Court documents indicate that Eubanks, along with several associates, was connected to the theft of a Ford F650 and a GMC Yukon. When law enforcement attempted to conduct a traffic stop, Eubanks allegedly fled, leading officers on a chase that ended when his vehicle got stuck near a ravine.
Eubanks now faces the following charges:
Two counts of Auto Theft (Level 5 and Level 6 Felonies)
Three counts of Resisting Law Enforcement (Felony and Misdemeanor)
Criminal Recklessness (Level 6 Felony)
Two counts of Criminal Mischief (Class B Misdemeanor)
False Informing (Class B Misdemeanor)
Additionally, prosecutors have filed a habitual offender enhancement, citing Eubanks’ previous convictions for auto theft, resisting law enforcement, and possession of cocaine.
Eubanks remains in custody as he awaits further court proceedings.
