Bharath Kumar Sharma, a 39-year-old labourer residing near Charminar, Hyderabad, has been arrested for his involvement in seven property theft cases. The accused was caught while riding a stolen vehicle and was planning another theft.
Sharma, a repeat offender, has a criminal history spanning over 40 thefts since 2007, including house burglaries and motorcycle thefts. The recent arrest led to the detection of five house burglaries and two motorcycle thefts. Police also recovered two stolen motorcycles and burglary tools, such as an iron rod and screwdriver, from his possession.
Sharma’s criminal activities had previously spread across various police jurisdictions in Hyderabad, Cyberabad, Rachakonda, and other districts. Law enforcement officials are continuing their investigation into his past crimes.
