PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. — A late-night traffic stop in Palm Beach Gardens led to the arrest of a woman on allegations of impaired driving and drug possession.
The suspect, Juliane Priscilla Tran, a White female, was taken into custody under Report No. 564469 at approximately 4:18 a.m. on January 4, 2026, according to the Palm Beach Gardens Police Department.
Tran was booked on suspicion of driving under the influence (DUI) with a breath-alcohol level of 0.08 or higher, the legal limit under Florida law. She also faces a charge of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.
Authorities did not provide additional details regarding the type of substance, the circumstances of the traffic stop, or whether any injuries occurred. No other charges were reported at the time of booking.
The case will be forwarded to the State Attorney’s Office for review to determine whether formal charges will be filed.
