Vizianagaram Police Arrest Three for Gold Burglary in Bhagempeta

Gold worth over 170 grams recovered from accused in Vangara mandal theft

Vizianagaram police arrested three persons in connection with a burglary at Bhagempeta, Vangara mandal. Over 170 grams of stolen gold ornaments were recovered from the accused.

The arrested individuals were identified as RGK Naidu, an outsourcing teacher, along with Sriram Balaraju and J Durgaprasad. The burglars broke into the locked residence of P Shankar Rao on July 25 by breaking the door lock and stole approximately 200 grams of gold along with some silver ornaments.

The police caught the trio while they were attempting to sell the stolen valuables, successfully recovering a major portion of the loot. The accused have been taken into custody for further legal proceedings.
