TULSA, OK — Tulsa Police arrested three suspects accused of stealing from multiple retail stores, with one suspect biting an officer while trying to escape custody.

According to authorities, officers received tips from witnesses that led them to the suspects and the stolen merchandise.

Chester Radcliff was the first to be arrested while attempting to leave a Target near 15th and Yale with stolen goods. Police noted that he had brought his children with him during the crime.

The investigation also led officers to a hotel near Skelly and Braden Ave, where Kenneth Foreman and Savannah Potter were found hiding under fake names to evade arrest.

During the arrest, Foreman bit an officer in an attempt to escape but was ultimately restrained. Potter complied without resistance and was taken into custody.

Tulsa Police continue to investigate the extent of the theft operation.
