ST. ALBANS, W.Va. — A 63-year-old man, Timothy Rich, was arrested Tuesday in connection with an investigation into repeated acts of sexual abuse.
According to the St. Albans Police Department, Rich faces charges of sexual abuse related to allegations of abuse occurring multiple times over an extended period.
Rich is currently being held on a $25,000 cash-only bond. No further details have been released by authorities at this time.
