A man with a previous conviction for home repair fraud was arrested in Priceville on Friday after a concerned citizen alerted the police.
Timothy Daniel Harbin, 29, from Union Grove, Alabama, was reported working in a local subdivision despite his criminal history.
During the investigation, officers discovered Harbin had an outstanding warrant for probation revocation tied to another fraud case in Marshall County.
Priceville police located Harbin at a residence in the Cove Creek Subdivision. Upon confirming the warrant, they arrested him and transported him to the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office. Harbin’s warrant was issued without bond.
