Police apprehended three men in connection with a burglary at a residence in Manimajra. On July 9, a woman returned home to discover her house had been broken into, with Rs 1.5 lakh in cash and gold jewellery missing. Acting on a tip-off, authorities arrested Rohit (alias Vinodi), Guru Prasad, and Diwaker (alias Sonu) from Panchkula. Recovered from the accused were the stolen gold, several ID cards, and the motorcycle used during the crime. The suspects, who have prior criminal records, were presented in court and remanded to police custody for further investigation.
