Thomas Allen Arrested for Pittsfield Robbery and Attempted Car Theft

18-year-old allegedly threatened victim with a firearm

PITTSFIELD, ME – An 18-year-old Pittsfield man, Thomas Allen, was arrested Sunday after police responded to a robbery and attempted vehicle theft at A-E Robinson in Pittsfield.

According to authorities, Allen allegedly threatened the use of a firearm while attempting to steal a vehicle that was occupied by a female driver.

Arrest & Charges
Police located Allen at his residence and took him into custody without incident. He is facing multiple charges, including:

Two counts of attempted robbery
Criminal threatening
Violation of conditions of release
Allen remains in custody as the investigation continues.
