Tellas Moore, a 51-year-old man from Neshoba County residing at 10321 Road 369, was arrested last Tuesday following a traffic stop near the railroad in west Philadelphia.
Philadelphia Police Chief Eric Lyons reported that Moore was pulled over at approximately 11:30 a.m. on September 30 on Rea Street near the intersection with Railroad Avenue for a traffic violation.
During the stop, officers conducted a search of Moore’s vehicle and discovered crack cocaine. As a result, Moore was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance and taken into custody.
