Palm Beach County sheriff’s deputies arrested Susej Brown on Thursday in connection with multiple felony and misdemeanor allegations, according to a report from the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO).

Brown faces charges including possession of a Schedule I controlled substance with intent to sell, manufacture, or deliver; use or display of a firearm during the commission of a felony; fraud involving the use of a handicap parking permit belonging to another individual; and possession of drug paraphernalia used to transport controlled substances.

The arrest, listed under report number 552329, was officially published at 2:17 p.m. on January 15, 2026. Brown is described as a Black male, although his date of birth was not disclosed in the report.

Authorities did not provide additional details regarding the location of the arrest, the type or quantity of drugs involved, or the circumstances under which the firearm was allegedly used.

Law enforcement emphasized that these are allegations, and Brown is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Information regarding bond, formal charging decisions, or upcoming court dates has not yet been released.

Florida law treats charges involving controlled substances, firearms during felonies, and fraud as serious offenses, carrying substantial penalties if convictions are secured. The investigation remains active, with additional information expected from court records in the coming days.
