Srinagar Police Solve Burglary Case, Arrest Three and Recover Stolen Cash

Accused nabbed for theft at mosque and shrine in Nishat area.

Srinagar Police have successfully solved a burglary case involving the theft of valuables from a mosque and shrine in the Nishat area. The crime took place during the night of February 01-02, and following a thorough investigation with the help of intelligence inputs and evidence, three individuals were arrested.

The arrested persons have been identified as Aamir Rafiq, son of Rafiq Ahmad Sheikh (alias Dobhi) from Buchwara Dalgate, Mohammad Sufyan Bage, son of Mohammad Rafiq Bage from Bage Mohalla Uri Baramula (currently residing in Gulab Mohalla Dalgate), and Danish Bashir Khan, son of Late Bashir Ahmad Khan from Buchwara Dalgate (currently residing in Sumo Stand Khunmoh).

Upon their disclosure, stolen cash was recovered from the accused. The police spokesperson confirmed that the case had been successfully cracked, and the investigation is ongoing.
