Nalasopara (W) police have arrested five individuals in connection with the brutal killing of 31-year-old Shubham Mishra, who was stabbed and beaten with a stone on Friday night.
The arrested accused are Suraj Singh (26), Pratham Karande (22), Sagar Chavan (27), Dinesh Chandeliya (30), and Amit Jha (21). One suspect had already been apprehended earlier. Authorities confirmed that the murder was premeditated and stemmed from an ongoing rivalry.
Police are continuing investigations to track down the remaining key conspirators involved in the case. The arrests mark a significant step toward justice for the victim and highlight the swift action taken by local law enforcement.
