PARAGOULD, Ark. — Authorities arrested Sean Bradley Kellim, 45, and Kassondra Rashell Blevins, 37, after seizing 657 grams of methamphetamine during a narcotics investigation in Paragould on Feb. 5, 2026, according to Second Judicial Drug Task Force Commander Bryan Davis.
Police stopped a black Ford pickup on Highway 135 North, finding Kellim, who had two outstanding felony warrants for delivery of controlled substances, driving the vehicle. A passenger, Blevins, attempted to exit and drop a plastic bag containing 29.9 grams of meth, then later revealed she had 114.9 grams concealed in her clothing.
Additional drug paraphernalia, including surveillance cameras and monitoring equipment, was also seized. The total meth recovered by investigators amounted to 657 grams.
Kellim faces charges including trafficking a controlled substance (Class Y felony), possession of drug paraphernalia (Class B felony), and maintaining a drug premises (Class B felony). Blevins is charged with possession of methamphetamine (Class A felony) and tampering with physical evidence (Class D felony). Both were booked into the Greene County Detention Center.
