SIOUX FALLS, S.D. — Two people have been arrested in connection with a burglary that occurred on January 4, Sioux Falls Police reported.
Officers responded around 10:30 p.m. to a business on East Benson Road after receiving a report of a theft in progress. Police quickly located the suspects’ vehicle and recovered stolen property, including a firearm.
Scott and Jodi Baldwin were taken into custody and face multiple charges, including burglary and grand theft. The couple appeared in court on Monday, January 5, where they also faced drug-related charges in addition to the burglary allegations.
Authorities continue to investigate the incident and have not released further details about the stolen items.
