A 22-year-old man, Sanjay Kevin M, has been arrested in South Goa for allegedly murdering his girlfriend, Roshni Moses M, whose body was found in a forested area near Pratap Nagar on Monday evening.
The couple had recently traveled from Bangalore to Goa with plans to marry. However, a serious argument reportedly escalated, resulting in the tragic murder. Police confirmed that Roshni was killed by slitting her throat.
South Goa SP Tikam Singh stated that initial investigations suggest the murder was motivated by a dispute in their relationship. A case has been registered, and further investigation is ongoing.
