ROCKY POINT, NC — After a four-month investigation, Armien Buzzy Fleming Sr. was arrested on Wednesday, July 16, on multiple felony charges related to the trafficking and distribution of narcotics.
The arrest was the result of a joint operation by the Onslow County Sheriff’s Office Drug Enforcement Unit, the Pender County Narcotics Unit, and the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS).
Authorities stopped Fleming as he left his home, discovering various narcotics in his vehicle. Following his consent, a search of Fleming’s residence uncovered:
2,652 grams (5.85 pounds) of fentanyl
4,765 grams (10.51 pounds) of marijuana
336 grams of cocaine
67 grams of crack cocaine
Two firearms, including one reported stolen
Approximately $4,600 in U.S. currency
Fleming faces multiple felony counts, including trafficking fentanyl by possession, manufacture, sale, delivery, and transport, as well as possession with intent to manufacture, sell, and deliver fentanyl.
He was booked into the Onslow County Detention Center under a secured bond of $1,050,000 and appeared in court on July 17, 2025.
