RIVIERA BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — A 20-year-old man was arrested on Thursday after local and federal authorities discovered multiple illegal firearms and narcotics during a search of a home in Riviera Beach.
The Riviera Beach Police Department (RBPD) worked in collaboration with the U.S. Marshals to execute a search warrant at 1650 West 14th Street. Inside the home, officers recovered a range of drugs and firearms, including:
28.9 grams of marijuana
0.5 grams of fentanyl
Miscellaneous drug paraphernalia
Black Glock pistol
Black PMF pistol
Black/Wooden Romarm Cugir AK-style pistol
Black Bravo Company rifle
Following the discovery, Jarel Howard was arrested and charged with several offenses. He was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail on charges including felon in possession of a firearm, carrying a concealed weapon, and weapon delivery.
