Quandrickus Major Linked to FedEx Theft, Drug Scheme

Drivers accused in package theft and trafficking ring

by Sophia Bennett

Authorities in Stephens County, Georgia, have arrested multiple FedEx subcontractor drivers accused of participating in a package theft ring that investigators say is also tied to a drug trafficking operation.

The case began on April 1, 2025, when deputies responded to a report of a missing package that had been marked “delivered.” The package was later traced to someone who bought the contents through Facebook Marketplace. Investigators determined that 35-year-old Quandrickus Dominique Major, a driver for a FedEx Ground subcontractor, had stolen the package in March and resold it.

A search warrant was obtained for Major’s Webb Road residence, and on May 2, deputies found marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and multiple stolen FedEx packages. Major was arrested later that day and booked into the Stephens County Jail on a $16,000 bond. His charges include four counts of misdemeanor theft by receiving stolen property, possession of marijuana less than one ounce, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug-related objects. He was later released on bond.

Investigators soon discovered that Major was not acting alone. With help from FedEx representatives, authorities identified two additional subcontractor drivers: 35-year-old Daniel Glasco and 37-year-old Quentin Jackson, both of Toccoa.

Following multiple search warrants on October 1, Glasco and Jackson were arrested as part of the Colbert Drug Trafficking Operation. Investigators recovered numerous stolen items believed to have been taken from FedEx Ground delivery trucks.

Officials also identified 43-year-old Manathan Colbert and 33-year-old Quincy Jones, both of Toccoa, who were found in possession of stolen merchandise allegedly traded for drugs.

Alongside RICO charges filed by the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, Glasco now faces one count of theft by taking and three counts of theft by receiving stolen property. Additional charges may be forthcoming for those involved.

Deputies confirmed that all individuals linked to the theft ring have been terminated by the FedEx subcontractor. FedEx has fully cooperated throughout the investigation.
