Nakodar police have arrested a drug peddler in connection with the sale of intoxicating tablets. The accused, identified as Sunil Kumar Sharma, alias Joni, from Mohalla Raunta, was found in possession of 30 tablets. A case has been registered against him under Sections 22, 61, and 85 of the NDPS Act. Authorities are investigating further.
