Following a complaint filed by Sukhwinder Ram of Rampur-Sunrra village in Phagwara, the police have registered a case against three youths for allegedly injecting intoxicants into his son, Shiv Charan (24). Shiv Charan was discovered dead in a village field on Monday evening, with a syringe found near his body. The cause of death was confirmed as a drug overdose. Harwinder Ram Hani, Manjinder Singh, and Jaswinder have been arrested in connection with the case.
