The arrested individuals, identified as 40-year-old Vasantharaju from Bhadravati and 27-year-old Atiqullah from Shivamogga, were involved in a robbery on October 11. The victim, Mangala, a homemaker residing in Shankar Nagar, was performing bhajans at the Ganesha temple when the duo snatched part of her gold chain through a window.
