The Indore police’s crime branch on Friday arrested Nagendra Singh Bhadoria, the director of Maa Urmila Polysec Pvt Ltd, for allegedly defrauding a company of Rs45.28 lakh in a raw material purchase scam.
According to Additional DCP Rajesh Dandotiya, Bhadoria (45), was apprehended in Gwalior after a detailed investigation into a complaint filed by Master Plaster India Pvt Ltd. The complaint alleged that Bhadoria, under the former company name Vasundhara Polysec Pvt Ltd (renamed in 2024), procured raw material worth over ₹45 lakh and later refused to pay.
The complainant, Keshav Soni, stated that Bhadoria initially built trust by purchasing filler master batches used in plastic manufacturing and paying on time. However, after receiving five full truckloads of material in 2023, Bhadoria’s company defaulted on payment, later declaring the goods as defective to avoid settling dues.
Master Plaster India, which supplies materials both domestically and internationally, suffered a loss of Rs45,28,250. The crime branch registered a case and tracked Bhadoria through technical surveillance.
Bhadoria, who is Class 12 educated and resides in Gwalior, was taken into custody and presented before the court. Authorities stated that additional arrests are likely as investigations into his business dealings continue.
