MOORHEAD, Minn. — Moorhead police arrested a 26-year-old man Thursday afternoon following a domestic violence incident in the 800 block of 24th Avenue South.
Officers responded to a call around 3 p.m. reporting a man allegedly threatening a victim with a gun. Upon arrival, police detained John Manning, a Moorhead resident.
An investigation at the scene determined that no firearm was directly involved in the incident.
Manning was arrested and now faces charges of domestic violence along with an outstanding warrant from the Clay County Sheriff’s Office.
