Michael Parkinson Charged in Steuben County Assault

Facing felony charges after domestic dispute in Bath

Bath, NY — A Steuben County man is facing multiple felony charges after police responded to a reported domestic dispute in the village of Bath.

According to authorities, officers were called to a residence on West Morris Street, where they found an elderly woman with visible injuries. Following an on-scene investigation, police identified 40-year-old Michael Parkinson as the suspect and located him inside the home.

Parkinson was arrested without incident and charged with aggravated family offense and felony assault. He was booked into the Steuben County Jail, where he is currently being held without bail.
