In a recent development, Malayalam actor Bala has been arrested following a complaint filed by his ex-wife, singer Amritha Suressh. The Kadavanthra Police took action after Suressh accused Bala of defaming her and their daughter on his social media platforms. The actor has been booked under the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act for allegedly harming the reputation of their child.
In addition to Bala’s arrest, his manager has also been taken into custody in connection with the case. The situation unfolded when Suressh raised concerns over the public defamation, leading to the legal action against the actor.
