SHROPSHIRE/CHESHIRE, UK – Two 19-year-old men, Leonard Hunter and Archie Kettle, have each been jailed for two and a half years after being caught with heroin and crack cocaine, authorities confirmed.
The pair, known to frequent the Whitchurch area, were apprehended by plain-clothes officers from Cheshire Police in Winsford on Monday, March 10. They were found in possession of thousands of pounds worth of Class A drugs.
Police from Market Drayton, Wem, and Whitchurch celebrated the sentencing, calling it a “great result” in the ongoing fight against drug-related crime in the region.
The investigation and arrest form part of a broader effort by law enforcement to disrupt the supply and distribution of illegal substances across Cheshire and bordering counties.
