BOCA RATON, Fla. — A Nieman Marcus employee has been arrested for allegedly stealing nearly $2,000 in merchandise over several months.
The Boca Raton Police Department responded to the store on October 22 after reports of theft by Juliana Devilliers, 40. Officers found her detained at the scene, accused of concealing items and improperly ringing up her own alterations in violation of store policies.
Store staff reported that just two days prior, Devilliers attempted to leave with $129 shorts without paying. She later admitted to stealing items since August, including dresses, jackets, shirts, and denim, totaling $1,964.35.
Devilliers faces Grand Theft of Property (valued $750–$5,000) and Defraud to Obtain Property (less than $20,000).
