TREDYFFRIN TOWNSHIP, Pa. – The Tredyffrin Township Police Department announced the arrests of Joseph and Lindsey Collins of Willow Grove, Upper Moreland Township, on multiple charges, including Home Improvement Fraud, Theft, Deceptive or Fraudulent Business Practices, and Criminal Conspiracy.

According to police, the investigation began in September after two residents reported paying advance fees to Freedom Fence LLC for home improvement work that was never completed.

Detectives said the investigation uncovered an ongoing pattern of deceptive and fraudulent business practices allegedly carried out by the couple through their company.

Both Joseph and Lindsey Collins voluntarily surrendered to authorities on Thursday, October 9, and were subsequently arraigned. Their bail was set at $50,000, and a preliminary hearing is scheduled for November 20 at 9:00 a.m.
