TORONTO – A man has been arrested after allegedly committing an indecent act while watching children play at a park in Scarborough.
Toronto police responded to a call at approximately 1:42 p.m. on Wednesday in the area of Blantyre Avenue and Parkland Road, where a disturbing incident had been reported.
According to investigators, the suspect was engaging in an indecent act near the playground, in full view of children.
John Paul Vosu, 43, of Toronto, was taken into custody and is now facing two charges:
Indecent act
Fail to comply with a probation order
Police have also released an image of Vosu and believe there may be additional victims who have not yet come forward.
Authorities are urging anyone with information about this case to contact Toronto police immediately.
