HARRIS COUNTY, Texas — Jo-Lisa Tiagon, Tatyana Robinson, and Lamaya Starks were arrested and charged with organized retail theft following a series of thefts at multiple retail stores in the Houston area.
According to Harris County authorities, the three women allegedly stole more than $30,000 in merchandise from various stores. On July 26, deputies responded to a theft report at The Children’s Place on the North Freeway, where the suspects had returned after being linked to prior retail thefts.
Law enforcement located the suspects’ vehicle nearby and identified Tiagon, Robinson, and Starks. Upon searching the vehicle, deputies discovered stolen items including $1,198 worth from The Children’s Place and $4,013 from Bath & Body Works.
Further investigation revealed the women had committed two additional thefts the day before, stealing $1,742.80 in candles during one incident and 112 candles valued at $3,018.40 in another.
Constable Mark Herman confirmed that the trio faces organized retail theft charges. Bonds were set at $5,000 for Tiagon and Starks, and $15,000 for Robinson.
