James Hills Arrested for Driving 100 MPH in Missouri

Driver tested police response at high speeds, leading to arrest

James Hills, a resident of St. Clair County, Missouri, was arrested on April 21 after testing a theory about high-speed chases. Hills allegedly drove at speeds exceeding 100 mph to see if police would pursue him. Although his speedometer reached 95 mph, law enforcement officers quickly caught up with him and arrested him. Hills was taken into custody for fleeing from police and was also issued a citation for speeding.
