Shahkot police have arrested Gulati Gulab, a resident of Duneke village in Moga district, in connection with a theft and snatching case.
The accused reportedly stole cash and other valuables from Rajindar Pal during a religious procession in the area. Police confirmed that Gulab had been involved in similar incidents of theft and snatching in the past.
