FARGO, N.D. — A 25-year-old Fargo man was arrested Saturday afternoon following an early morning assault at a Broadway North business.
Tristan Rogers faces charges for felony domestic violence – aggravated after police determined he got into a physical altercation with a family or household member.
The incident occurred around 1 a.m. at a business in the 500 block of Broadway North. Officers began their investigation at approximately 8:05 a.m.
The victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was treated at a local medical facility.
Rogers was arrested at his residence around 1:03 p.m. Saturday and taken into custody for felony domestic violence.
