PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. (CBS12) — A man is severely bruised following a violent altercation with police officers on Saturday evening after a domestic incident.
According to the Palm Beach Gardens Police Department, officers responded to an apartment complex around 8:42 p.m. in reference to a domestic dispute. Upon arrival, they encountered 29-year-old Dylan Arnold, who exhibited aggressive behavior.
The arrest affidavit indicates that Arnold began clenching his fists and making threatening gestures toward the officers, prompting them to attempt to detain him. As they tried to restrain him, a physical struggle broke out, but the officers were ultimately able to get Arnold into the patrol vehicle.
During the altercation, one officer injured their right ring finger. Arnold was then transported to the Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center, but he continued to resist, refusing to cooperate with law enforcement.
