WAGONER COUNTY, Okla. — Two people were arrested after Wagoner County Sheriff’s deputies seized 20 pounds of marijuana and drug paraphernalia during a warrant search on March 2.
The Warrant Search & Discovery
Deputies arrived in the Toppers area of Wagoner County to serve a cost warrant for Christopher Schubert. Upon arrival, they spoke with the property owner and were granted permission to search a shed where Schubert was living.
Inside the shed, deputies encountered Chyanne Brown, who claimed Schubert was not there. However, officers noticed a large quantity of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in plain view.
Deputies then obtained a search warrant, which led to the discovery of:
20 pounds of marijuana
Several glass pipes containing Controlled Dangerous Substances (CDS)
Arrests & Charges
Christopher Schubert was later arrested at his workplace on his original cost arrest warrant and now faces additional charges, including:
Possession of CDS meth (Schedule II)
Unlawful possession of marijuana
Possession of paraphernalia
Chyanne Brown was also arrested and charged with:
Possession of CDS meth (Schedule II)
Unlawful possession of marijuana
Possession of paraphernalia
Both individuals were booked into the Wagoner County Jail as the investigation continues.
