A 23-year-old software engineer was arrested on November 7 for allegedly hitting a two-wheeler carrying a family of three with his new car, Bengaluru police said on Thursday.
The accused has been identified as Sukrit Keshav Gowda, 23, from Kodigehalli. Police added that the car driven by Gowda was seized a day after his arrest as part of the investigation.
The case is being investigated further by Bengaluru authorities to determine the circumstances of the accident and any additional charges.
