A 42-year-old Ogdensburg man was arrested after police discovered cocaine, methamphetamine, fentanyl, and a weapon in his apartment.
Search Warrant Leads to Arrest
On Monday, March 31, 2025, Ogdensburg City Police executed a search warrant at 218 West South Street, leading to the arrest of Anthony LaRose. During the search, officers seized:
Cocaine and crack cocaine
Crystal methamphetamine
Fentanyl
A switchblade knife
Felony Charges and Detainment
LaRose was charged with felony criminal possession of a controlled substance and weapon possession.
He was arraigned in Ogdensburg City Court and is currently being held without bail at St. Lawrence County Jail.
Authorities continue to investigate the case.
