CARY, N.C. — A Raleigh man has been arrested and charged after allegedly recording someone inside a dressing room at a Cary department store.
According to the Cary Police Department, 37-year-old Andre Antonio Longmire is accused of secretly filming a person on his cellphone inside an Old Navy located at the Crossroads Plaza shopping center in late July.
Police said Longmire visited the police department voluntarily to speak with investigators and was arrested following that interview.
He now faces a felony secret peeping charge, and his first court appearance is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Authorities have not released further details about the victim, and the investigation remains ongoing.
