Murphy and Harris Arrested in Annapolis Car Dealership Theft

Two men caught attempting to steal tires from cars

ANNAPOLIS, Md. — Two men were arrested early Wednesday morning after allegedly attempting to steal tires from vehicles at a local car dealership.

Police responded to Sheehy Infiniti of Annapolis on the 100 block of Ferguson Road around 4:05 a.m. on Dec. 10, following reports of individuals tampering with vehicles.

Upon arrival, officers observed the suspects fleeing into nearby woods. A coordinated response, including additional officers and the use of a drone, allowed authorities to locate and take both suspects into custody shortly after.

The arrested individuals were identified as Domonick Malikye Murphy, 23, of Baltimore, and Devon Vincent Harris, 23, of Washington, D.C.

Both are now facing criminal charges related to the attempted theft.
