FOLSOM — Four men were arrested Sunday following an organized retail theft incident at the Folsom Premium Outlets, where police recovered thousands of dollars in stolen merchandise.
On August 24, 2025, officers responded to reports of theft at the Nike and Calvin Klein outlets. Witnesses reported the suspects fled in a vehicle, which officers quickly located and stopped nearby.
The four occupants—Joel Pena, 46; Jesus Cruzcasadiego, 31; Jhonny Dominguez, 35; and John Arciniegaspatino, 53—were identified as the suspects. Police recovered over $3,000 worth of stolen items from multiple stores and found devices used to remove security tags.
Joel Pena also had an outstanding felony warrant from another county. All were booked into Sacramento County Main Jail, with bail enhancements authorized.
Organized retail theft, a violation of California Penal Code 490.4(a)(1), involves two or more people stealing merchandise intending to sell or return it for value. Authorities emphasize ongoing efforts to combat these crimes affecting local businesses and residents.
