Laxmipura, Gujarat: The Laxmipura police arrested Manoj Solanki, a delivery boy at a local store, for allegedly stealing two iPhones and an AirPod worth around Rs2.55 lakh.
Solanki had joined the store just a few weeks ago and was tasked with delivering the items. According to police, the parcels did not reach their intended destinations. Upon investigation, the store owner discovered that Solanki had replaced the original phones with dummy products and disappeared.
The police quickly traced Solanki and arrested him within a few hours of the complaint being filed. Investigations are ongoing to determine if the accused has been involved in similar thefts elsewhere.
