BOCA RATON — Boca Raton police arrested a woman late Sunday evening in connection with a retail theft investigation, according to official arrest records.

The suspect, identified as Heily Pamela Giltoribio, was taken into custody by the Boca Raton Police Department on suspicion of petit theft involving merchandise valued between $100 and $750. The arrest is documented under Report No. 564335 and was published at 6:31 p.m. on December 29, 2025.

Authorities have not released details regarding the location of the alleged theft or the circumstances that led to the arrest. The suspect’s date of birth was not listed in available booking information, and no additional charges were reported at the time of publication.

Under Florida law, petit theft allegations generally involve the unlawful taking of property below the felony threshold. Prosecutors will determine how the case proceeds as it moves through the Palm Beach County court system.

As with all criminal matters, the arrest reflects allegations only. Giltoribio is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.

The Police Report Team of the Boca Raton Tribune will continue to monitor the case and report any significant developments.
